Gym hygiene starts with simple habits. Shared gym equipment, floors, changing rooms and showers are used by a lot of people every day. That makes it all the more important to cut out unnecessary transmission routes during your workout.

Keep your gym towel off the floor, keep the body side and the equipment side separate, wear flip-flops in the shower and changing room, clean your hands, and avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth while you train.
