Switzerland & Liechtenstein: As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us at support@gymmonky.com and we will cancel it immediately. Cancellation is no longer possible after dispatch.

Germany & Austria: Cancellation before dispatch is not possible. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt of the goods. Certain conditions apply – please refer to our return conditions.

Please contact us immediately by email at support@gymmonky.com, stating your order number and the correct address. If the shipment is already on its way, the address can no longer be changed.

Every GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip is inspected by hand before dispatch. If you nevertheless receive a defective product, email photos and your order number to support@gymmonky.com within 10 days. We will review the case and send you a free replacement or refund the purchase price.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein:
You have a voluntary 14-calendar-day right of return for unused, undamaged goods in their original packaging. You can find the applicable conditions in our return conditions.

Germany & Austria: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt of the goods. You can find the applicable conditions in our cancellation policy.

Please notify us of every return in advance by email at support@gymmonky.com – we will then coordinate the return with you.

For returns without a specific reason, such as a change of mind or withdrawal, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.

In the event of an incorrect delivery or a valid defect, we cover the return shipping costs and provide a return label. In this case, please contact us in advance at support@gymmonky.com and include a photo of the defect.

The product must have been used as intended and in accordance with the instructions. Damage caused by improper use is not covered. We review each case individually – if the defect is not confirmed during the incoming inspection, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

The GYMMONKY – The Magnetic Towel Clip is a magnetic towel holder for the gym, developed in Switzerland. It hygienically and securely fixes your towel to metal surfaces such as exercise equipment or lockers – clean, practical, and robust. This makes your workout tidier, more efficient, and more hygienic – no more towels on the floor.

It is suitable for commercially available fitness and microfiber towels, optimized for hem thicknesses of 1-3mm, and adheres reliably to most metal surfaces in the gym. The clip is not designed for very heavy or very wet bath towels.

All materials have been tested for safety and freedom from harmful substances by an independent laboratory. The GYMMONKY Clip complies with the applicable safety standards for consumer products in Switzerland and the EU.

Always attach the clip to the center of the towel, not to the corners.

Smooth metal surfaces ensure the best grip.

Remove the clip from the towel after each use to protect the material and mechanism.

Always orient the logo facing you – this distinguishes the body side from the equipment side.

The anti-slip coating on the back improves grip on less ideal surfaces.

Yes – simply wipe the GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip with a damp cloth and mild soapy water, then allow it to dry. Do not clean in the washing machine or dishwasher.

Gently pull it off the metal surface by the silicone body – not by the towel. This protects the magnet and maintains its adhesive force in the long term.

Yes – the integrated magnet is very strong. Please avoid contact with:

Electronic devices (e.g. smartphones, laptops, watches, bank cards)

Medical implants such as pacemakers or defibrillators

In these cases, keep a distance of at least 30 cm. When used normally in the gym, the clip is completely safe.

The Magnetic Towel Clip was developed and tested for regular use in everyday gym life. To ensure it lasts a long time, please note the following:

• Always attach the clip to the center of the sports towel – never at the corners
• Only suitable for sports towels with hem thicknesses of 1–3 mm – thicker hems can damage the clip
• Remove from the sports towel after each workout before washing
• Do not clean in the washing machine – wipe only with a damp cloth and mild soapy water
• Do not expose to direct sunlight or temperatures above 40 °C
• For optimal storage and protection, we recommend the Silicone Case available in the shop

The GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip is available in 5 colors: Core Black, Power Red, Steel Grey, Electric Pink, and Sky Blue. With the 2-piece set and 3-piece set, you can freely combine colors – for example, choose two different colors or match the clip color to your training setup. All colors are available individually and as sets in the shop.

No. Swiss Made means production in Switzerland – this is not true for the GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip, and we do not claim that it is. For us, Swiss Engineered means: The idea, product development, specifications, material choices, and quality standards come from GYMMONKY in Switzerland. Production is carried out according to our specifications by a vetted partner.

The logo on the GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip indicates its orientation. The side with the logo facing you is for your body and face. The opposite side is for fitness equipment and upholstery. This way, you'll always know immediately during your workout which side is for what – without having to think about it.

The GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip comes in compact cardboard packaging – completely plastic-free. The packaging is recyclable and deliberately kept small: approx. 10 × 5.5 × 1.5 cm, weight approx. 30 g. No unnecessary material, no filler material, no plastic.

Gym floors are shared spaces with regular contact from shoes and equipment. Studies show that germs such as Staphylococcus aureus can be detected on gym surfaces. A sports towel that lies on the floor and then comes into contact with the face, skin, or body is an avoidable route of contamination. The GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip keeps your sports towel within reach on the fitness equipment – off the floor.

The Magnetic Towel Clip is not a medical product and does not replace cleaning or disinfection. However, it does reduce a specific contact pathway: The sports towel no longer lies on the gym floor and thus comes into less contact with surfaces used by many people. This is not a clinical promise – but a sensible everyday routine.

The GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip is sold as a regular retail product – just like shakes, sports towels, or water bottles. The gym does not need to lend it, collect it, clean it, or manage it on the training floor. After purchase, the clip belongs to the member. It can be offered at the counter, in a vending machine, in the gym's online shop, or as part of a welcome kit. No deposit system, no additional procedure on the training floor.

Depending on the quantity purchased and the deployment model, various solutions are available. Fitness studios that want to get started quickly can opt for the neutral standard version. Studios with a clear brand identity can request co-branding options. For chains, franchise systems, and larger purchases, individual B2B solutions are possible – tailored to brand identity, quantities, and rollout structure. Details will be clarified in a direct discussion.

The GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip adheres to suitable ferromagnetic steel surfaces – this includes many training situations:

• Gym: Racks, cable pull stations, dumbbell benches, dumbbell racks, leg presses, towers and steel frames of most strength equipment
• Home Gym: Power racks, barbells, bars and steel frames
• Outdoor Gym & Calisthenics: Steel bars, pull-up bars and steel frames of suitable outdoor fitness equipment
• Padel: Steel mesh of the padel court, attach to the outside of the side mesh
• Vita Parcours: Only at stations with suitable steel surfaces – it does not adhere to wood or aluminum constructions

The GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip adheres to suitable ferromagnetic steel surfaces – for example, racks, cable pull stations, weight benches, SkiErgs, Stairmasters, dumbbell racks, leg presses, towers, and the steel frames of most strength equipment. It does not adhere to aluminum, plastic, or wood. If in doubt, simply test it carefully in an inconspicuous spot.

Yes. Padel courts have suitable steel mesh surfaces where the Magnetic Towel Clip can magnetically adhere. It's best to attach it to the outside of the side fence near the entrance and exit – this way, the sports towel is within reach without interfering with play. It does not adhere to glass surfaces. Thus, one clip is sufficient for both the gym and the padel court.

A magnetic sports towel has the magnet permanently integrated into the textile – magnet and sports towel form a fixed system. The GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip is modular: It makes many standard sports towels magnetically usable without having to buy a special sports towel. This means: free choice of material, easy washing, flexible use in various locations, and no need to replace the entire system when the sports towel wears out.
