You pay exactly the selected value for the digital gift card. Email delivery is free. If the recipient later orders physical products, the product prices and shipping terms shown at that time apply.

After payment and processing, you receive the digital gift card by email with its code and a link to the gift card page. No postal delivery is needed. Check your spam folder if necessary.

Yes. Select the option to send it as a gift and enter the recipient’s email address. The name and message are optional; messages can contain up to 200 characters. You can schedule delivery up to 90 days ahead.

On gymmonky.ch for the available product range. The Magnetic Towel Clip is currently offered individually and in sets of 2 or 3. You can also use the gift card for products added in future. Enter the code at checkout.

You do not have to spend the full value at once. Any unused balance stays on the same gift card for future purchases. If your order exceeds the balance, pay the difference using an available payment method.

No. If the recipient uses the gift card for a Magnetic Towel Clip, they can keep using standard cotton or microfibre gym and sports towels. One clip upgrades their existing sports towels: simply attach it to whichever sports towel they take to training.

Yes. Choose the value and quantity. For different recipients or different personal messages, order each gift card separately with the appropriate recipient details. Multiple gift cards can be used together in one order. Buying several gift cards of the same value creates separate codes.

Yes. Open the gift card page using the link in the email and print it from your browser. You can then hand over the gift in person. Keep the code safe: anyone who knows it can use the available balance.

The gift card is intended for purchases on gymmonky.ch. Routine cash payouts are not offered. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected. The gift card cannot be used to buy further gift cards.

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for gift cards. Mandatory statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected. Consumers in Liechtenstein generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of concluding the contract. A clear statement sent to support (at) gymmonky.com or by post to the address in our legal notice is sufficient. For example: “I hereby withdraw from the purchase of the GYMMONKY gift card”, together with your name, address and order date. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient. Following a valid withdrawal, repayment is made within 14 days of receiving the statement using the same payment method, unless another method is agreed at no cost. Ordinary online purchases in Switzerland do not carry a general statutory right of withdrawal; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
