1 How to take part
Film your hang. The GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip holding a gym towel must be clearly visible. For the Max Hang: the timer must be verifiable. Maximum video length is 60 seconds — time-lapse is allowed if you can hang for longer than 60 seconds.

2 Most creative hang
Time doesn't matter — only creativity counts.
Hang as creatively as you can — with the GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip and your gym towel right there beside you. GYMMONKY selects the five most creative videos at its reasonable discretion and posts a compilation video. The community votes — the video with the most votes wins.
Payout via Twint or PayPal, currently only to participants resident in Switzerland. The winner is contacted by DM within the first 7 days of the following month and has 14 days to reply — after that the prize expires.
3 Max hang
How long can you hang?
The timer must be verifiable in the video. The longest hang time each month makes it into the Hall of Fame — men and women ranked separately. Anyone in the Top 3 at the end of December each year wins the annual prize.

4 Rules
- Everyone can take part — but only entries showing a GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip with a gym towel clearly visible in the video can win or be featured. You don't have to buy one yourself — a borrowed clip or one available at your gym is enough
- Participation from age 18 — regardless of country of residence
- Cash prizes (monthly prize and annual prize) are currently only paid out to participants resident in Switzerland. Participants outside Switzerland can take part, be featured and make the Hall of Fame, but have no claim to cash prizes
- For the Max Hang: the timer must be verifiable in the video
- Video no longer than 60 seconds — time-lapse is allowed and encouraged if you can hang for longer than 60 seconds
- One entry per person, per challenge, per month
- Employees of GYMMONKY / Stolvations GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation
- Tag @gymmonkyofficial and use #HangWithGYMMONKY — mandatory for every entry
- Staying in it pays off — anyone in the Top 3 at the end of December each year wins the annual prize
- GYMMONKY reserves the right to exclude entries or votes in the event of a breach of these terms or manipulation of the voting process (e.g. bought or automated votes)
5 Health & safety
You decide for yourself whether and how you take part. Before entering, assess on your own responsibility whether the challenge is physically feasible and reasonable for you, and only perform movements you can execute safely. If in doubt, please consult a doctor first.
Only take part if you are healthy and free of complaints. The challenge involves physically demanding exercises, without instruction or supervision by GYMMONKY.
The mandatory statutory limits of liability are set out under point 6, "Legal & terms of participation".
6 Legal & terms of participation
Organizer. The organizer of this challenge is Stolvations GmbH, Rütistrasse 10, CH-8952 Schlieren, Switzerland (support (at) gymmonky.com). These terms of participation apply in addition to the procedures described in points 1–5 for both challenges.
Participation and prize eligibility. Participation is open to all persons aged 18 and over, regardless of country of residence. A claim to cash prizes currently exists only for participants resident in Switzerland. GYMMONKY may request proof of residence before payout.
Platforms. This challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or TikTok. GYMMONKY is the sole point of contact.
Rights of use. By taking part, you grant GYMMONKY the non-exclusive, royalty-free right, unlimited in time and territory, to use your submitted video in whole or in part on the GYMMONKY social media channels and website, crediting your username. For use in paid advertising, GYMMONKY will obtain your separate consent in advance. You confirm that you are the author of the video, that no persons other than yourself are recognizable or that you have obtained their consent, and that the video does not infringe any third-party rights — in particular music and trademark rights. You indemnify GYMMONKY against third-party claims arising from a breach of this assurance. GYMMONKY may discontinue such use at any time without stating reasons.
Liability. Taking part in the challenge is entirely at your own responsibility. GYMMONKY is not liable for damages caused by ordinary negligence, to the extent permitted by law — with the exception of damages arising from injury to life, body or health. Liability for intent, gross negligence and damages arising from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected within the mandatory statutory limits.
Changes. GYMMONKY may amend, pause or end this challenge at any time without prior notice, for example where abuse is suspected or for operational reasons.
Data protection. Your data is used solely to process the prize and is not passed on to third parties. Details can be found in the privacy policy →.
Applicable law. Swiss law applies. For participants resident in Germany, mandatory provisions of German consumer protection law at their place of residence remain unaffected.
Should any provision of these terms of participation be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
