Returns & Refunds

Do you want to return an item, or have you noticed a defect despite our extensive quality control? No problem!

Every GYMMONKY product is individually checked for quality and function before shipping and lovingly packaged – so it arrives perfectly at your doorstep.

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You can find the full cancellation policy in our GTC.

How returns work

1.    Register your return: Contact us by email at support@gymmonky.com with your order number. For defects or incorrect deliveries, please attach photos of the item.

2.  Review by GYMMONKY: We will review your request and get back to you in writing. For confirmed defects or incorrect deliveries, we will provide you with a free return label. For returns for other reasons, you arrange the return yourself at your own expense.

3.    Pack and ship the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. The goods must be returned completely in their original condition – as you received them.

4.    Receive a refund: After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 14 days using the same payment method.

Important notes

•       Return costs are borne by the buyer – except for verbally confirmed defects or incorrect deliveries

•       Incomplete or damaged returns will not be refunded

•       Please do not return items unannounced – unannounced returns will be rejected. 

•       For discounted sets or bundles, only the return of the entire set is possible.
